Rosehip seed oil has been used for mature skin to improve barrier function, to brighten + regenerate the skin. It's rich in vitamins A, C and B complexes, fights free radicals and calms inflammation. Evening Primrose oil is thought to reduce inflammation + has been used for hot flashes and cyclical breast discomfort. The essential oil synergy is immune supportive, decreases inflammation + improves lymphatic flow, while the antioxidants are welcomed to support overall breast tissue health. INGREDIENTS:  Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) oil*, Rubus idaeus (Red Raspberry) seed oil*, Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant) seed oil*, Rosa canina (Rosehip) seed oil*, Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose) seed oil*, Citrus limon (Lemon) essential oil*, Juniperus osteosperma (Juniper) essential oil*, Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress) essential oil*, Chamaecyparis formosensis (Hong Kuai) essential oil*, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) essential oil*, Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage) essential oil*, Cistus ladanifer (Cistus) essentail oil*.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  2-3 pumps warmed up in the hands and gently + slowly massaged over the neck, chest and underarm area with light strokes towards the heart and thoracic lymphatic duct on left side of sternum and towards the subclavian vein at the base of the neck. It's recommended to apply after dry brushing (either directly after or after a warm shower). The more often you incorporate a lymphatic breast massage into your routine, the more you will get to know your own tissues and identify normal changes that appear throughout your moon cycle, removing fear of cyclical changes.
