Directions:
Full Bath: Dissolve 250g-500g in the bathwater and allow only enough water so that the body is just covered, in order to obtain the highest possible magnesium concentration. The recommended bath temperature is around 37°C (98.6°F) with a soaking time of 20 to 30 minutes.
Foot Soak: Dissolve 100g-250g in 4 to 5 liters of 37°C water for 20 to 30 minutes. Use as needed.
